In our proposal we avoided an interpretation of the Palace as a single monolithic body and we divided the program in independent parts, in a way

that its relationship with the environment becomes more natural, more harmonious, more poised. Some pieces will fit one on top of the other searching for a balance between the different parts of the program (auditorium, multi-purpose room, conference rooms, restaurant, administration) allowing them to work in an autonomous way with their own independent access. The group will not exceed the three levels comprised of parts that at the same time will not exceed two levels. The part of the conference rooms hovers weightless over us as a great canopy that pushes us to the interior of the part pierced by the auditorium pieces that conform the lobby. The restaurant is mounted over the lobby part and over the multi-purpose room, joining them and serving both indistinctly. Lastly, the smallest part, administration, marks the entrance. The skylights show the crimping union between all of them, 7 objects in perfect balance.

We altered the state of each piece in the color, grain and texture of the composition of the prefabricated concrete that forms a serrated facade that varies in its transparency according to each part and each orientation of its sides. All of these eroded, modified and evolved pieces in their conception allow that a fine natural meadow, splattered with trees looking for the freshest corner, grow between them like a magical landscape in an enchanted city.
